On January 23rd, the Xiaomi TV 2025 Annual Quality Award Ceremony concluded successfully at the Xiaomi Science and Technology Park in Beijing. The "Super Factory" of Zhengzhou HKC, a subsidiary of HKC Co., Ltd., won the Xiaomi TV's "Digital Pioneer" Award by virtue of its forward-looking strategic planning and industry-leading automated production lines, demonstrating its strong hard power in digital construction within the display manufacturing sector.
Officially commenced in October 2024, the Zhengzhou HKC Super Factory advanced steadily with an efficient construction pace. It completed its core construction in just 180 days and was successfully lit up and put into production in March 2025. Adhering to the core philosophy of "Defining production lines by products, and planning factory buildings and park supporting supply chains by production lines", the factory has innovatively realized an integrated operation mode featuring zero-distance material distribution, high production automation and digital management. It has successfully built an industry benchmark-level super factory, laying a solid foundation for high-quality production.
At the award ceremony, Mr. He Huailiang, Head of IOT-A (BU) of HKC Co., Ltd., was invited to attend and delivered a keynote speech entitled "Forge Ahead Hand in Hand, Deepen Commitment to Quality". He reviewed the ten-year cooperation journey with Xiaomi and vividly interpreted the win-win pattern of "Deepening Expertise Separately, Achieving Mutual Success" between the two parties. Mr. He stated that over the past decade, HKC has been deeply integrated into Xiaomi's quality values. By continuously increasing R&D investment and introducing advanced automated production equipment, HKC has embedded the quality philosophy into the entire production process and fulfilled its quality commitment with practical actions.
Looking ahead to the next decade, HKC will continue to rely on its strong technological strength in the display field, adhere to the original aspiration of quality, and join hands with Xiaomi TV to forge ahead on a new journey with united efforts.
